VIN Decoder feature!

For vehicle shopping, a basic VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) Decoder is featured. Verifies the VIN through a checksum algorithm to determine if the VIN has been tampered with or find out the region a vehicle is made just out of curiosity. Decodes Region manufactured, Year, Manufacturer, Make, Model, and vehicle type. A VIN data editor is included to save any info that needs altering.
